Read what graduates and employers have to say about their study with ACEC:

"We have recently begun using ACEC as our training provider for our educators who are undertaking study to gain their Cert III qualifications. The College has been supportive and readily available to answer any questions that I, or my educators may have. The educators can move through the assessments feeling supported and guided. The content is easy to follow and well set out. We can’t fault our experience with the college so far and look forward to this continuing in the future"

"My experience with ACEC was great I was able to get lots of help by not only my trainer but also from other staff when I needed it. The content of the course was good as it was aiding me in my workplace and teaching children new things within my studies. I would definitely recommend ACEC to anyone looking to study for Early Childhood Education."

As I started my Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care through ACEC I found it a little daunting as I was never tech savvy and was a big procrastinator,  but thanks to my tutor, Michaela, and Danielle I was given the support and reassurance I needed to complete the course! The quick marking, positive feedback and guidance by the team was never far off. Whether it was a call or email away, the girls always made sure to point me in the right direction to improve my studying and work ethic in helping guide the children.

STOP PRESS: Recently Angela was named a finalist in the NSW Training Awards Western Region. The awards presentation was held at Parkes on 6 June with all the lucky recipients and excited guests in attendance. It was a great evening celebrating some amazing vocational education students hosted by the NSW Department of Education. We are proud of what you achieved Angela and your continued work as a childhood educator, emphasising the value of lifelong education.

Completing my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care has been a transformative experience; it's been a tough journey but it was an amazing one with the support of my mentors Mr. Matt, Mr. Zach and assessor Ms. Michaela and Ms. Danielle, they help me to make it all happened. The best feeling is seeing the children grow and learn each day this is not only preparing myself for a fulfilling career but also deepened my passion for nurturing and educating the next generation. I highly recommended the ACEC to anyone looking to make a meaningful impact in the children's lives.

My name is Charlotte and I started my certificate traineeship a few years ago. Childcare has always been a dream job for me and I've also been so passionate about helping and assisting children with their development and watching them grow.

When I started my course I was very nervous and worried. I always wondered to myself am I going to be able to do this or I would second guess myself. Being able to have that support from your coworkers is the most amazing feeling, knowing that they are there every step of the way pushing you to your limits to see you succeed in something you've always wanted.

I found myself facing challenges that I was not prepared for. The late nights to make sure I had completed tasks before their deadlines, countless hours I spent with my director and 2IC asking questions about things I needed assistance with. Tara my trainer was beyond amazing and very prompt when I need extra support. It was all worth it in the end, they have all assisted me and supported me to the very end. I'm so grateful for ACEC and my achievements.

Doing my Diploma through ACEC was an easy process with everything being online and video pracs in my workplace. Being a mum with a young child doing my Diploma through ACEC I could log into my diploma at anytime. I was lucky to have a wonderful support network at Kidscape early learning centre that allowed me to study at work and get help through my course with our educational Leader and director.

We are using ACEC this year for an existing educator to complete her CHC50121.  I have found ACEC to be extremely professional and are always available to answer any question promptly. The initial set up was smooth and our educator was well orientated by ACEC and her trainer before commencement. Tara (trainer) is wonderful and supports our educator with any questions in a super speedy manner. Our educator feels relaxed and at ease to have conversations with Tara.  Most importantly, I feel the timeline of work that is set is achievable and sets our educator up for success.  Thank you ACEC.
