Michaela Glynn

Michaela has an impressive 33-year career in the Early Childhood Sector. She has worked across a wide range of settings, including private, council, and work-based centres, as well as preschools and occasional care services. Her diverse experience includes roles as a nanny in both Australia and London, Director of three Early Learning Centres in Sydney, Co-Ordinator of an After School and Vacation Care Centre, and Director/Area Manager of a Child Care Centre in Dubai.

For the past 11 years, Michaela has been a trainer and assessor in vocational education. She is passionate about developing skilled educators and is committed to role modelling and promoting best practices in the sector. Her dedication to a holistic approach is also demonstrated by her accreditation as a Mental Health First Aider.
