Jasmine Welton

Jasmine is a passionate Early Childhood Teacher with over 11 years’ experience. Recently she has held dual leadership roles as Assistant Director and Educational Leader at a community-based preschool.

In these roles, Jasmine has focused on improving service quality and supporting educator growth by leading trainee meetings, mentoring, and offering tailored, one-on-one guidance to help trainees succeed both practically and theoretically. She is deeply committed to delivering high-quality education and care, creating inclusive environments where every child feels they belong and can thrive as their unique self.

This passion has evolved into a desire to inspire and guide the next generation of Early Childhood professionals. She’s excited to bring her experience and dedication to the training and assessment space with ACEC, helping students become confident, capable educators who make a lasting impact on children and families.
