Ellen McGrath

Ellen is an experienced Early Childhood Teacher and qualified Trainer and Assessor with a career spanning diverse educational settings across Australia and the UK, including Goulburn, Wagga Wagga, Sydney, and London. Her broad experience in both regional and urban environments has deepened her understanding of quality early childhood education.

She has held a range of leadership roles such as Room Leader, 2IC, Educational Leader, and Centre Director, each contributing to her strong foundation in curriculum development, team leadership, and operational management. Ellen is also passionate about adult education and has been actively involved in training and assessing emerging educators.

She enjoys mentoring others and believes in the importance of practical, hands-on learning supported by sound theory. Ellen looks forward to supporting students on their professional journey in this rewarding and impactful sector.
