Description

ACEC offers two flexible study options:

OPTION 1 - Distance Learning (full unit)
CHCPRT025 Identify and report children and young people at risk provides explicit alignment to legislative and organisational reporting frameworks to deliver duty of care requirements, working within an ethical framework and apply relevant legislation, policies and procedures when dealing with children and young people. The training also provides an update on legislative changes in your state. This unit is an approved Child Protection training course required for compliance under section 162A.

OPTION 2 - BRIDGING COURSE
If you have attained a Statement of Attainment in CHCPRT001 Identify and respond to children and young people at risk you may choose to complete our Bridging Course to achieve the Statement of Attainment in CHCPRT025 Identify and report children and young people at risk. The Bridging Course involves reading learning material and completing required assessments to update your knowledge and skills to ensure you meet the requirements of CHCPRT025 Identify and report children and young people at risk. The Statement of Attainment in CHCPRT025 Identify and report children and young people at risk qualification meets the Education and Care Services National Regulations requirements.
