He has gained extensive expertise in training and assessment design, RTO management and quality systems across sectors as diverse as Business, Community Services, Health, Screen and Media, and Visual Arts. Additionally, Mark is an accredited proofreader and copy editor, a published author, and continues his work as a professional artist
