Quality Staff

At the Australian Community Education College (ACEC), we deliver HIGH QUALITY staff. Our focus goes further than simply training in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Graduates from ACEC are sought after in the Early Childhood sector and employers retain our graduates.

Integrated Training

Our training is integrated into the daily workflow and routines of our students. This innovative approach is not only efficient for Services and for Students, it delivers a higher quality outcome at graduation.

Flexible Training Solutions

Another key difference to our approach is FLEXIBILITY. Not all people respond to the demands of study and learning in the same way.

At the Australian Community Education College we offer a multitude of ways to demonstrate competency. All learning styles and special needs are catered for.

Tailored Solutions

Recognition of Prior Learning

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a powerful and efficient way for valuable and experienced workers to get qualified.

The Australian Community Education College offers a unique two stage approach to the RPL process.

An initial assessment of suitability for the RPL process will confirm that it is an option for an individual. The next phase is a full assessment of how an individual’s experience can demonstrate competency. ACEC’s flexible approach means that occasionally the RPL process can include some additional work to achieve competency, rather than study an entire qualification.
